Despite their four wins, fourteen loss record, the 1981-1982 season was not, in all, a bad one for the Sheehan Ice Hockey team. They managed to improve on the 1980-1981 record, along with the total number of points scored in a season. Top scorers were sophomore Ken Cairns, and seniors Sean Kelley and Mark Camire. Steve Adamowicz also had a successful season filling in the goalie position for the Titans. The captains of the team were Bill Mahon, Vinny Giardina and Steve Cronan, all seniors.
The team should be commended for their hard work and late nights of practice. Coach Ray Crew has nine of the eighteen member squad returning for the 1982-1983 season.
